Welcome to JEnAstra. By accessing or using our website, mock tests, and analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access full features such as detailed analytics and state leaderboards, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to our services.

2. Acceptable Use and Anti-Cheating

JEnAstra maintains a strict competitive environment. You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party extensions to answer questions.
  • Attempt to bypass our Anti-Cheat mechanisms, including multi-tab switching or window-blur tracking.
  • Reproduce, scrape, or distribute our proprietary mock test questions without explicit written permission.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification from the Leaderboard and potential permanent account suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the JEnAstra platform, including but not limited to test questions, analytics algorithms, UI/UX designs, logos, and graphics, are the exclusive intellectual property of JEnAstra and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content for commercial purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date mock tests based on the official RSMSSB and CET syllabus, JEnAstra is an educational tool. We make no guarantees regarding your actual exam results. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including test availability) at any time, without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service periodically.
