According to the DoP circular (dated 09.05.2025): If a candidate applies for exams but remains absent in ANY TWO recruitment exams within a single financial year, their OTR facility to apply for future exams will be BLOCKED. Unblocking costs Rs. 750/- for the first time, and Rs. 1500/- for the second time.

  • Each question has five options (A, B, C, D, E).
  • If you do not know the answer and wish to skip a question, you MUST darken the 5th circle marked 'E'.
  • Penalty: If you leave all five circles blank, 1/3 marks will be deducted.
  • Disqualification: If you fail to darken any of the five circles for more than 10% of the questions, you will be completely disqualified.
